These Terms of Service apply to sarrello.com and purchases from Sarrello, operated by JN Marketing. Please read them before placing an order. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sarrello and its operator.

You can browse without creating an account. Ordering and using relevant services are subject to these Terms. We offer a selection of clothing for men and women. Shopify Inc. provides the ecommerce platform. New features and services are subject to these Terms where applicable; the current version is available on this page.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or act with any legally required permission. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious software or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access where these requirements are breached, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may decline service where lawful and reasonably necessary. Information other than payment credentials may pass through networks and be adapted to technical requirements; payment transmissions are encrypted. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit the service or its content without permission. Section labels are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
SECTION 3 - WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to keep store information accurate and current. General or historical content may not describe current availability. If you notice an error or need clarification before purchasing, contact us. Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for legally required product information or the terms of an accepted order.
SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products, prices and availability may change. Changes normally apply to future orders; accepted orders remain subject to the agreed terms unless a lawful correction or cancellation is required. We may modify or discontinue services and products, without limiting rights you already have.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCT DETAILS
Some products are available only online and quantities may be limited. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Read the product description and select the intended variant before ordering. We may limit purchases where reasonably necessary. Returns follow our Refund and Return Policy. Statutory product rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep it current while an order is being handled. We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or an inability to fulfill an order, and will notify you using the details provided. Any payment due back following cancellation is returned through the original payment method.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Optional third-party tools may be made available through the store. Their providers may apply separate terms. Review those terms before using the tools. We cannot control independently operated tools, but this does not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

We are not obliged to pay for unsolicited suggestions or respond to every submission. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or rights-infringing content. You remain responsible for what you submit; we may remove inappropriate material.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasional errors may affect product descriptions, availability, prices or delivery information. We may correct errors and update the store. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and reimbursement where appropriate. We do not use this section to override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USE
Do not use the store to break the law, encourage unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property, harass or discriminate, publish false information, distribute malware, collect personal data without authorization, send spam or phishing messages, or bypass security controls. We may restrict access in response to misuse. This includes attempts to interfere with other customers or the services supporting the store.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited. Product rights and our obligations for accepted orders remain applicable.
SECTION 14 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the store, infringement of another party’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or override mandatory protections.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any invalid provision is limited or replaced only to the extent legally permitted.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach or other lawful reason. Termination does not cancel existing payment, refund or other obligations that should continue, or remove rights arising before termination.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement governing use of the store and relevant purchases, together with the details of your accepted order. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. Any interpretation remains subject to applicable law.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law governing their purchase, nor restrict access to courts or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Check the current version before placing a new order. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase agreement.
SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Email info@sarrello.com with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are available on request. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us with the order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate resolution without limiting your statutory rights. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
