Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@sarrello.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not charge restocking fees. After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
